Return Policy

Return Policy – ABF Store

This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please note that exchanges are not available. Customers may request returns only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

First: Return Period

Customers may request a return within (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
The return period is calculated based on the delivery date provided by the shipping company.

Second: Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Providing the purchase invoice or order number.
The item must be in its original condition.
The tag (product label) must be attached and not removed.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from odors or stains.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Any item returned without the tag will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Third: Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

If the tag has been removed or damaged.
If the item has been used or washed.
If the item is damaged due to misuse.
If the return request is made after the return period has expired.

Fourth: Manufacturing Defects

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may request a return without being bound by the (7)-day return period. The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, along with clear photos showing the issue. If the defect is confirmed, the store will bear all shipping costs.

Fifth: Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if the return is due to customer preference.

Notice

The store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
